Director Sabapathy Dakshinakurthy (former understudy of S A Chadrashekar) is not far behind. Taking off from the funny towel scene between Prakashraj and Brahmanandam in ‘Mozhi’, Dakshinamurthy sets up the romance between Ilango (Arvind) and Eswari (Saranya Mohan). The card scene where Vedachalam (Haneefa) makes his entry is a scream, and there are many moments throughout the movie when the chubby actor keeps you in splits.
