The film was also dubbed into Telugu language with the title Gang. The film is tipped to be based on the Bollywood super hit film Special 26 directed by Neeraj Pandey. Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher and few others have played the lead roles in the original version. This south Indian version has Surya, Ramya Krishnan, Nandan and few others in the lead roles. Vignesh Shivam who made his debut with Naanum Rowdy Dhaan is the director of the film. The film is produced by K.E.Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green banner and the Telugu version has been brought by UV Creations producers. Vamsi and Pramod are the producers of the movie.
