Sudheer Posani was born to Posani Nageswara Rao and Posani Rani in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He has an elder sister Karuna. He did his schooling in Vijayawada in Siddartha Public School and attended M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology briefly in Bangalore (dropped out) and later graduated from Maharishi Institute of Management, Hyderabad.
