Directed by Jayaraj, ‘Johnnie Walker’ was one of the memorable movies of Megastar Mammootty. The project, which is reportedly getting a sequel, with Jayaraj himself helming the project, however has reached a stage of confusion. Going in line with reports, Dulquer Salmaan has turned down the offer of Jayaraj to play the lead role in ‘Johnnie Walker 2’.
Media reports suggest that DQ wasn’t open to the idea of enacting a role, which would be sidelined by the character essayed by Mammootty in the original version. Though we haven’t received an official confirmation in this regards, it is however believed that Jayaraj is in search of another star to essay the role
