Being one of the landmark movies in the history of horror movies in Malayalam cinema world, film buffs in the town were extremely happy, when director Vinayan announced a sequel to Aakashaganga. Now, the director has taken social media spaces to inform the media that the shooting of Aakashaganga II has come to an end. Ensuring that the project would cater the needs of both horror and comic genre fans, Vinayan also thanked all of his well wishers.
Aakashaganga II was set against the backdrop of ‘Olappamanna Mana’ in Vellinezhi, which served as the main location for the prequel as well. Starring Ramya Krishnan, Sreenath Bhasi, Vishnu Vinay, Vishnu Govind, Arathi and the rest in the lead roles, Aakashaganga II have managed to create buzz in the town with the locations stills that were released by the makers.
