Anupam Kher’s first look of ‘Accidental Prime Minister’ is out

Anupam Kher has come up with a stunning first look picture of his in the upcoming project ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’. The movie is an onscreen adaption of the book penned by Sanjay Baru with the same name. Dealing the life of former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, the first look poster of Anupam Kher deserves to be defined in one word as ‘FANTASTIC’. By looking at the picture, you won’t find much a difference between the real life and reel life personas. Under the direction of debutant Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ had released the first look poster last year itself.  However, the poster had given just a glimpse of Anupam Kher and didn’t reveal much of his appearance. Back then, Anupam Kher defined the role as quite a challenging one.

Essentially a political drama, ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ deals with the turbulent days of his Prime Ministership. Hailed as one of the most intelligent economists India has ever seen, Dr. Manmohan Singh held the office of Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014. Movie will see Anupam Kher co starring with Akshay Khanna. As was informed by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie has already started the shooting procedures in London. He further suggested that the movie would get a worldwide release on 21 December, this year. However, it must be added right herein, that makers are yet to comment on this date. Sanjay Baru has served as the media adviser to the former PM, during the time period of 2004 to 2008. Penguin Books published the book in the year 2014, and commented that ex PM was hobbled by Sonia Gandhi.

Evidently, during the 2014 election campaign, the then opposition BJP often raised the slogan that they would not be giving an accidental Prime Minister. Under the production of Bohra Bros, the movie has got Hansal Mehta as its creative producer. Soon when the actor unveiled his first looks, Kher was flooded with congratulatory messages from elsewhere in the social media.
