Theevandi marked the beginning of the acting career of Samyuktha Menon. The actress displayed a sparkling chemistry with that of Tovino Thomas. Released last year, the duo has hit the right chord with the filmmakers. While they are acting together in Uyare and Kalki, it is heard that yet another movie has casted both in the lead roles. Titled Edakkad Battalion 6, the movie will be produced b Swapnesh Nair.
Penned by P Balachandran, the movie is yet to start shooting, as Tovino is quite busy with some other projects. It is learnt that the actor would join the sets of the project, once he completes the pending works. Under the banner of ‘Ruby Films’, Edakkad Battalion 6 would be produced by Dr. Sreekanth Bhasi, Thomas Joseph Pattathanam and Jayanth Maman.
