Starring Venkatesh and Varun Tej in the lead roles, ‘F2’ is on its way to grab the winner’s title this Sankranti season. Despite having the need to compete against biggies such as ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu’, ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ and Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Petta’, the multi starrer under the directorial of Anil Ravipudi, has done the business in impressive scales.
Going in line with the trader reports, ‘F2: Fun and Frustration’ has managed to make an impressive worldwide gross of INR 41.6 Cr during its 4 day run. Now, with the theatrical rights of the movie standing at INR 32 Cr, the movie is on its way to attain a blockbuster status. On the other hand, ‘NTR: Kathanayakudu’, ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ are respectively received disaster and below par status from the trade. Tamil outing ‘Petta’, however has ensured a good run at Telugu box office as well – reprising its glorious run elsewhere.
