Judge got transferred; Salman Khan to stay in Jail for more days…?

Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan has spent 2 nights so far in Jodhpur Central jail. Bollywood and millions of Bhai fans are eager to know about the future of their on screen idol. However, the upcoming reports suggest that Sallu Bhai might not be going to have the best of his times. Definitely, none of his fans and well wishers had never even dare to dream about the star’s current situation. Ever since he was locked behind the bars on the ‘blackbuck poaching’ case, fans were asking about the possibility of getting bail for Salman. His lawyers are all trying their best to get Bhai out from the Jodhpur Central Jail. But, the road ahead is not smooth for them.

Quite shocking though, the District and Sessions Judge, who was scheduled to hear Salman’s bail plea, has been transferred. In producing the order, the Rajasthan High Court has given a big question mark before Salman Khan’s bail prospects. Sessions Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi, along with 87 other district judges were transferred by the Jodhpur HC. All set to hear the bail plea of the actor, the transfer of Joshi has come as an unexpected blow for Salman fans. But, this is not the end of the road for Salman to getting bail. As the next Judge ascends the seat, s/he would be hearing the actor’s bail plea.

Earlier Salman Khan was sentenced to a 5 year jail term by Jodhpur CJM Court. The incident, subject to the case, occurred while Salman was shooting for his 1998 movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. While the incident took place, he was accompanied by his co stars such as Tabu, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and local resident Dushyant Singh. However, the court acquitted the rest, as there weren’t enough evidences against them. Ever since Salman was put behind the bars, the whole Bollywood fraternity became deeply grieved. Though many kept their sadness under wrap, some overtly expressed their unhappiness over the court verdict.
