Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is busy with the Shankar directorial Indian 2. The shooting of the movie had already started and the first look posters of the movie have all gone viral. Well, Kamal Haasan has thrown an interesting piece of information about his upcoming project Marudhanayagam. Sharing the lyrics of the song from the movie, Kamal Hassan informed that the lyrics were written by himself and Ilayaraja.

Marudhunayagam is set against the societal backdrop of incidents happened 300 years ago. While posting the lyrics, Kamal Haasan didn’t mind tickling the state of affairs in Tamil Nadu. Referring to the incidents of vandalism against Dalit people that took place during the election in the ‘Ponparappi’ village in Tamil Nadu, recently, Kamal Haasan suggested that things haven’t changed much since the age of Marudhunayagam.
