Starring Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Akkineni, Majili is heading towards releasing on April 5th. The post production works were progressing in full swing, until this unexpected event. Gopi Sunder, who was in charge of composing the background music, is reported to have walked out from the project. Though the exact reason behind his exit from the project is not known, makers however made it clear that the musician would no longer be associating with the project. In an attempt to meet the deadlines, makers have roped in SS Thaman to finish off the remaining works.
Majili, which is reported to be an emotional drama, would now be riding high on the soulful musical chords, composed by Thaman. Under the direction of Shiva Nirvana, it must be seen if Majili would resume from where Gopi Sunder left, or start afresh. The movie also stars Divyansha Kaushik in another important role.
