Mammootty’s advice; Suraj to leave elderly roles aside

Suraj Venjarammood is one such an actor, who has been stunning the film going public, with his recently found charm in the big screen. The actor, who has been treading with a comic mask for over a decade, however has literally knocked out his critics with national award winning performance, coupled by a slew of roles that demanded performance. That said, his recent outing ‘Android Kunjappan Version 5.25’ too has earned him accolades. He essayed the role of an old man, with a great onscreen presence.

Meanwhile, the actor seems to be taking a break from elderly roles. While speaking with a media house, the actor maintained that he would not be taking father roles for a while. Interestingly, he shared a conversation that he had with Mammootty. Going in line with the words of Suraj, Megastar had mocked Suraj for the latter’s repeated appearance as elderly figures in big screen. Well, Suraj made it clear that he replied to Megastar, and said that he would now restrain himself from playing such roles.
