The most awaited first look poster of Malayalam movie Uyare starring Tovino Thomas, Parvathy Menon and Asif Ali was unveiled by actor Manju Warrier through her facebook page on this Wednesday.The movie is the story of an acid attack victim.
Manju decided this day, 3rd death anniversary of late Indian director Rajesh Pillai, the mentor of Manu Ashokan the director of Uyare. With Uyare, Manu is entering Malayalam film industry as an independent director. He worked as the assistant director in Rajesh Pillai’s last film Vetta. Manju Warrier had also played the lead role in his last film. Manju took the opportunity to pay a rich tribute for the director.
Parvathy Menon’s latest release was koode directed by Anjali Menon had done well in the box office. Tovino had a great year with a couple of hits and debut in Tamil industry. Asif Ali being a chooser of feel good movies was last seen in Vijay superum Pournamiyum.
Uyare is scripted by Bobby-Sanjay duo and produced by SCube Films along with Grihalakshmi Productions. Prathap Pothan, Sidhique, Anarkali Marikar and Samyuktha Menon is forming a great supporting cast team for Uyare.
