Director of Moodar Koodam, Naveen, in a press note, has expressed his unhappiness over the involvement of Swarna Sethuraman, behind the delay of his current project Alavuddinin Arputha. The press note released by the talented director maintains that the former has been using his power and influence in the industry to trouble his film career.
As was mentioned by him in the press note, Swarna Sethuraman and Vishagan had approached Naveen to direct a project with Vishagan in the lead role in the year 2016. Adding that impressed by his script, producers had given him an amount to begin the pre production works. However, with Vishagan later showing his lack of interest in the project, Naveen was unable to complete the project within the planned schedule of eight months. Now, Swarna Sethuraman has reportedly asked Naveen to return back the amount, which he had given. Contrary to Swarna Sethuraman’s claims of the money being an advance amount, Naveen made it clear that it amount was spent in doing the pre production works, the details of which are with him.
