Salman Khan granted bail In Blackbuck Poaching Case; Bollywood relieved now

As Bollywood’s big brother Salman Khan has received bail on the ‘blackbuck poach’ case by the Jodhpur Court, the B – Town is all happy over Bhai’s return. Earlier, Salman Khan was given a five year jail sentence by Jodhpur CJM Court. The fans and Bollywood expected the star to come out quite easily. But, the atmosphere turned out to be a tensed one, as the actor’s bail plea hearing was postponed. Earlier, the judge, who was intended to hear the bail plea of Salman, got transferred. It was expected that Bollywood’s Bhaijan would be required to spend some more days in Jodhpur Central Jail. As Bhai has already spent two nights in Jodhpur Central Jail, his lawyers were trying their tooth and nail to rectify the situation. Finally, with Jodhpur Court granting him the bail, Bollywood has received the much needed solace from judicial system.

The decision of granting bail for Salman Khan, met with heart whelming responses. Right from ‘A’ list stars to those newbies welcomed back Salman Khan to the B – Town. However, the case was a bit different for that of PETA (PEOPLE for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), which has condemned the Jodhpur Court’s decision. The CEO of PETA India, Manilal Valliyate opined that justice was denied for blackbucks. The organization also shown the unhappiness and stated that Salman Khan would go back to his star life now. The organization found the bail verdict to be quite unusual and pointed out similar cases, wherein accuses were denied bail.

Earlier Jodhpur CJM Court pronounced a shocking verdict, when it had ordered Salman Khan for five year jail sentence, couple of days back. It was the incident of killing two blackbucks during the shooting of 1998 movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’, which Salman along with his co stars, have reportedly committed the crime. However, the court has acquitted the rest of the accused ones, based on lack of evidences against them.
