C Prem Kumar is all set to remake his hugely popular Tamil project ‘96’ to Telugu as well. The original movie was noted for the chemistry between Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha. Upon the announcement of a Telugu version, everyone was looking forward to see the lead pair in the project. It would be Samantha, who is going to reprise the role of Trisha in the Telugu version, while Sharwanand is the lead hero in the Telugu remake of the blockbuster movie.
However, it has to be seen how the Telugu version is going to conceive the project. Interestingly, we are all eager to know the title of the project, as well. The Kannada remake of ‘96’ is under progress as well with a different title – ‘99’. Bhavana and Ganesh will essay the lead roles in the Kannada project.
