Tollywood has never shied away from addressing the social causes and the stars are proving to be not different from the movies, when it comes to real life situations. Watching the alarming suicide rate of inter students in Telangana, the film fraternity took up the center of social media to address the issue. It was Ram Pothineni, who first jumped into the scene, while he was followed by Nani, Sai Dharam Tej and director Maruthi.
The stars have stressed the need to be resilient on tough situations and inspired students to bounce back, rather than giving up. Asking the students to move on from their unremarkable scorecards in intermediate exams, the initiative of Tollywood stars have managed to reach the inroads of social media.
