‘Veyil’ director Sarath Menon has requested Shane Nigam to rejoin the sets of the project. He has also composed a letter to FEFKA, regarding the same. Maintaining that he had no grudge with Shane, Sarath Menon stated that he had invested around 6 years of his life into ‘Veyil’, and was hopeful of that the ongoing controversy wouldn’t affect the movie in a bad way.
Speaking of the project, Sarath stated that around 70 percent of the shoot has been completed and movie needs 15 more days, in order to finish off the production procedures. Director, however didn’t back off from supporting director Joby George. Sarath Menon said that Joby George didn’t look happy, when another production venture from his production house – ‘Shylock’, starring Mammootty – finished off, which however started production on a later note, compared to ‘Veyil’.
