Initially there was a rule that a person should work as an assistant director for sometime to become a director. But these days the youth  are breaking this rule. They are producing their own movie and the directing some short films. They are even making a full length silver screen movies and scoring hits too. With the passion towards direction some people are even resigning from their jobs and the joining in the film industry.
