Actress abduction case: Dileep claims right for evidence

Actor Dileep has once again claimed the right for getting the prime evidence of the video footage in the actress abduction case. Presenting before the Supreme Court a written petition, the actor maintained that he highly suspects the presence of malpractices in the video footage, by pointing out the female voice present in it.

However, the state government strongly defended the claims of the actor, questioning the motive behind the words of Dileep. Advocates, who appeared before the court for the actress, underlined the violation of fundamental rights of the woman in terms of privacy, though the actress was open to the situation of the accused watching the evidence.
