Director Bhadran is furious at Spadikam 2 teaser

With the release of the teaser of Spadikam 2: Irumpan, it was all a chaos in social media, especially amongst the ‘Aadu Thoma’ fans. Under the direction of Biju K Kattakkal, the movie is touted to be the sequel to Bhadran directed Spadikam, starring Mohanlal. Well, the teaser of Spadikam 2 seems to have misfired in big time, as it generated considerable amount of negative publicity. While a section of the social media has condemned the quality of the teaser, director Bhadran has gone onto the extend of condemning the project itself.

The veteran director was of the opinion that, one cannot make and release a sequel to Spadikam, unless he gives consent. Bhadran maintained that there was no further scope for Spadikam. Regarding the teaser of Spadikam 2, Bhadran maintained that, making teaser alone wouldn’t do the job. Spadikam 2: Irumpan narrates the story of ‘Irumpan Johny’, son of ‘Aadu Thoma’.
