All set to release his next project Madura Raja’, Megastar came across questions related to the necessary of releasing such a mass movie. Asked about the relevance of releasing a sequel to a mass masala movie that got released in 2009, Megastar made a stunning reply, which ended up garnering applauds from elsewhere.

While answering the question, Megastar maintained that movie franchise is not a new concept and people have been making sequels to entertaining movies for a long time now. It was quoting Marvel’s Avengers, which Megastar underlined his point. Well, his point was simple; if Avengers could have more than 20 movies in its belt, why it needs to be treated like a taboo in Malayalam film industry. The comment has gone onto become a superhit in social media spaces, with Prithviraj giving a thumbs up response to the stance of Megastar.
