‘Mamankam’: Sajeev Pillai makes it clear

‘Mamankam’ has been having a consistent place in the gossip columns these days. With the director of the movie having a tough time with its producer, ‘Mamankam’ seems to be not having the best of its times. While the producer had changed actor Dhruv, followed by some technicians and director Sajeev Pillai from the project, all eyes were into the director’s words. Director Sajeev Pillai, though hasn’t made any marked statements earlier, however has now come up with a detailed narration of what had happened between him and producer Venu Kunnappally.

Issuing a media statement regarding the issue, Sajeev Pillai maintained that he had been working with the concept for the past twenty years. Adding that producer had cheated him by forcing him to sign in certain documents, which contained some potential elements to lose his authority and ownership over the script. The detailed media statement made by Sajeev Pillai has gone viral with the social media corners. It has to be seen whether the producer, Venu Kunnappally would  come forward with a reply to the accusations of Sajeev Pillai.
