Thrissur police has arrested director Sreekumar Menon over the complaint filed by actress Manju Warrier. After arresting, he was then taken to the Thrissur Police club and was questioned by ACP Sreenivasan. After recording the statement from the director, he was discharged from the custody under the sureties of two persons. It is reported that the director had expressed his willingness to cooperate with all the proceedings of the case.
The case filed by Manju Warrier – in which she accused Sreekumar Menon for trying to inflict harm her; police filed charge sheet against Sreekumar Menon with various charges. Earlier this week, police had raided Sreekumar Menon’s residence in Palakkad.
