Kollywood is unable to get rid of the piracy, which has graced the industry. Three new movies – Boomerang, Sathru and Pottu have made it to the pirated versions, this week, from Kollywood. The movies, which hit theatres and were meant to compete with each other, however now would have to work hard against the piracy.
Boomerang, Sathru and Pottu have respectively been directed by Kannan, Naveen Nanjundan and Vadivudayan. It is not the first time that industry has seen new released movies making it to the online spaces. Film associations such as TFPC have been wielding their support to curb piracy, but have all gone awry.
