Though Malayalees are big fans of sports, the audience of Malayalam film industry weren’t really responsive to sports films. Off late, the industry has started witnessing the release of some profitable sports movies, with the brightest example being Nivin Pauly starrer ‘1983’. And now, we are about to have yet another sports movie from the industry. Titled Finals, the movie is going to feature Rajisha Vijayan in the pivotal role. Under the direction of debutant PR Arun, the movie will see Rajisha essaying the role of a cyclist.
It is learnt that her role would be that of a cyclist, who is preparing for Olympics. Seems like an interesting heroine oriented project is getting ready. PR Arun is the husband to actress Muthumani. Apart from Rajisha, the movie will also have Suraj Venjarammood essaying an important role. Maniyan Pilai Raju and Prajeev would jointly produce the project. Earlier this year, Rajisha had a hit in the form of June, which earned the actress quite a lot of appreciations.
