Super Deluxe was off to terrific reviews and people are in search for new reasons to praise Thiagarajan Kumararaja. Well, here comes another reason for praising the ace director. As was revealed by Gayathrie Shankar, who essayed an important role in the movie, Thiagaraja Kumararaja was very modest, when he had approached her for the role. Well, when asked whether she could essay the character of ‘Jyothi’, who is a mother to a small kid, Thiagarajan Kumararaja has reportedly asked Gayathrie to spit on his face if needed.
Now, this was a shocker, and Gayathrie hadn’t gone for a second thought, while signing in the dotted lines with the project. Starring Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Mysskin, Samantha, Ramya Krishnan and the rest in important roles, Super Deluxe is been produced by Thiagarajan Kumararaja himself under the banner of ‘Tyler Durden and Kino Fist’, while it is associated with ‘East West Dream Work Entertainment’ and ‘Alchemy Vision Workz’.
