The combo of Suriya – Hari, is one, which has scripted box office saga multiple times in the past. Currently, ‘Singam’ franchise is amongst the most successful franchises in Tamil cinema. All the three movies in the series, have hit bull’s eyes, as far as box office numbers are concerned. Now, the hit actor – director combo is going to reunite for one more time. They have apparently decided to team up for yet another entertainer. It is learnt that Hari, in the meantime would complete the ‘Saamy 2’. The ‘Saamy Square’ can be wrapped up, only if the ongoing industry strike comes to an end. Discussions are progressing swiftly to put an end to the strike, which has caused tremendous loss for the industry.

That said, either Suriya or Hari is yet to make a sound comment on the upcoming project. Since we said much about ‘Singam’ franchise, many were naturally expecting yet another installment to the series. However, for all the fans of ‘Singam’ franchise, here comes a sad news. Close sources indicate that there might not be a ‘Singam 4’, at least as of now. Hari is said to have narrated the script of an entertainer, to which the actor has readily nodded. However, even without ‘Singam’ franchise, the combo of Suriya – Hari has worked wonders. How can a Tamil film buff forget ‘Aaru’. Loved by all, ‘Aaru’, over the time has evolved into one of the best performances of Suriya. ‘Vel’ is yet another classical example, showcasing the wonderful camaraderie, which they share.

Meanwhile, ‘Saamy Square’ is been planned as a Summer release by the makers. But, the unexpected strike has definitely marred the expectations of them. Sequel to the blockbuster ‘Saamy’, released in 2003, ‘Saamy Square’ will see Chiyaan Vikram reprising his Aarusaamy act once again. Trisha fans are definitely going to miss the diva. But, it would be interesting to see how the pair of Vikram – Keerthy Suresh works out.
