Because, she has decided commenting against Salman Khan – though in an indirect way. Everything happened when Deepika attended the function organized by the Live Love Laugh Foundation (TLLLF) for releasing the survey titled ‘How India perceives mental health’. The function which took place in Delhi, saw Deepika making the alleged comment on Salman Khan.
During the event, she commented that many consider depression as being luxury. She went onto clarify that the truth was against such believes. The comment, though was harmless, however has got a direct link with Salman Khan. If you want to know the connection, then you would have to scroll back to the comment made by Salman Khan a few days ago. The actor, upon asked about his emotional status, went onto comment that, he can’t afford the luxury of being depressed. He said that he had seen many people in B – Town going out for vacation in order to get out from the grip of depression. Salman Khan further clarified that such a state of mind would definitely work against the progress of his life.
It is in links with the above mentioned words of Salman Khan, which Deepika is believed to have made the comment, which might not go well with Sallu Bhai. During TLLLF event, Deepika maintained that depression was not something, which affects only celebrities; people from any field are prone to depression, she added. Well, Deepika is someone, who has openly stated about her depression and said that she was trying hard to get out from depression. The actress also used to comment that she was narrating her life story in order to help others, who go through such a mental state.
