Albeit not being a box office blockbuster, when it got released, the Padmarajan directorial ‘Thoovanathumpikal’ has gained a cult status over the time period. The characters that appeared in the movie have all gained immense fan following. Well, Mohanlal, Parvathy and Sumalatha, who essayed the central roles in the project, have decided to make a reunion after a gap of thirty years.
It was during the reunion of ‘stars of eighty’ that the trio posed for a picture, which eventually took social media by storm. It must be mentioned right here in that not a single frame of the Padmarajan classic, featured all the three stars acting together. The get together was conducted at the residence of Megastar Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad.
